The report on the workshop of January 18, 2011 The Future of Financial Regulation, organised by the Amsterdam Center for Law and Economics (ACLE) and the Research Group Market Regulation, has been posted online.

The workshop brought together economists and legal researchers to discuss effects of regulation, the structure of the financial sector, and resolution regimes for banks and nonbanks.
