In this lecture, Sameer Ashar will explain how you can develop facts in a case and how you can adopt a step-by-step approach to fact-finding. Time has been reserved at the end for questions on this teaching method. The English-language guest lecture will be held in the moot court room. Students and staff are welcome to attend the lecture.
