I am the programme coordinator for the Master in Law & Finance and section coordinator for the Law and Economics group. My roles involve overseeing a wide range of administrative aspects, ensuring a smooth experience for students and faculty. I have been working at the University of Amsterdam since 2013 in various support roles. My aim is always to find the right solution at the right moment, and to pro-actively support staff and students in achieving their goals.

In addition to my role at UvA, I am currently training as a Coach for gifted children, a trajectory of two years that I started in the fall of 2024. This training is a further step to self-development that will hopefully add to both my personal and professional achievements. 

I am also a fully certified Pilates instructor, having completed my comprehensive program (both mat and equipment Pilates) with BASI International in the period 2019-2023. Although teaching Pilates is now more in the background, I still value the opportunity to support individuals in their fitness journeys.

Outside of my professional duties, I volunteer at the public library as a 'reader express' coordinator. This national initiative supports families in need of additional language assistance, providing weekly reading sessions and word games to enhance children's language skills. Furthermore, I am closely involved in the Pilates community as association board member of the Pilates Professionals of the Netherlands, where I contribute to advancing the standards and practices of Pilates instructors. Additionally, since March 2023 I am a representative in the MR (participation council) of the school of my children.

I am a professional with a passion for education, personal development, and community service, always striving to make a positive impact in both my professional environment and the broader social context.
